I am speculating the photo was from the episode “The Best of Both Worlds part II” where Picard was assimilated from the Borg and Riker was promoted from Commander to Captain!!!

The coolest thing about this costume relic card is that Riker is wearing Captain’s pips!!!
This must be from Episode 2 of The Best of Both Worlds when Picard was taken by the Borg and Riker became Captain for the Enterprise.

What a great weekend – My autograph I ordered from a GalaxyCon arrived. Was awesome that the personalization to “Captain Jerry” was on it as they are not guaranteed. Also has the JSA authentication sticker on it.
